SentryPoint Systems provides custom software, workflow systems, websites, lead-management tools, and related managed services for businesses.

You may use this website for lawful informational purposes and legitimate business inquiries.

You may not abuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use malicious automation, submit fraudulent information, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Specific paid services may be governed by a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, checkout terms, or another written agreement. Those documents define the scope and terms of the applicable engagement.

If these general Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

Some services may be billed as recurring subscriptions or managed monthly services. Payment timing, minimum commitments, cancellation terms, refund terms, and scope are determined by the applicable service agreement or checkout terms.

Stripe or another disclosed payment provider may process payments on behalf of SentryPoint Systems. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SentryPoint Systems retains ownership of its website content, branding, reusable software components, templates, internal tools, and systems. Ownership and licensing terms for client-specific work are governed by the applicable written agreement.

The website and SentryPoint services may rely on third parties such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, domain and DNS providers, analytics tools, and other integrations. Those services are subject to their own terms and availability.

SentryPoint Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search rankings, lead volume, revenue, or particular business results. Services are provided according to the scope and terms of the applicable agreement.

Websites and supported services may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, security needs, or events outside reasonable control. SentryPoint Systems will use reasonable efforts to maintain the services it supports and to address issues within the applicable scope.

Responsibility for service issues is governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.

These Terms may be updated as the website, services, or business practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest posted version.
